Zahter was carefully gathered fresh leaves from the mountains during the spring season. On the same day, it was picked up and washed, the water drained. Zahter; salt, fresh lemon juice, lemon salt, and pressed into the jars intensively.

Brine Mix our olive oil with olive oil; you can use it for breakfast with cheese and olives, salads, and all your dishes.

It was produced in limited quantity.

Our effort is not through chemical processing, it does not contain any additives.

In dark and cool place, keep it in the fridge after opening the jar.
